Artsy Updates and Confectionery Treats

taecassoSo, one of my dear sweet teachers decided to sign me up for an amateur art show at the end of the year. I'm super nervous so I have to remind myself that it's not such a huge deal. I'm only a sophomore, and no one really expects too much, right? He said I, "Need the experience" if I'm "Going to be a true artist and want [my] work in a museum." I haven't really publicized it due to the fact that I don't want anyone to think too much about it. It's just three pieces not a whole gallery. I really hope I don't psych myself out too much about it.
In other news! I am now employed!! A bakery off campus has hired me! So, the DTD guys and SK girls might have an excessive amount of sweets and bread coming through on occasions since my boss said that whatever doesn't get sold I can have. I wonder how much cake I can shove in my car...
On a completely unrelated note, this song has been stuck in my head all day. Sometimes on the weekend I feel like Rapunzel.
